Hello people,
   Today, we are gonna discuss about THE TOP GOOD THINGS GOOD READERS DO WHILE READING.

Most of us at some point of time turn into READERS. Some of us start to READ NOVELS, STORIES AND POEMS etc.

Some like to READ GHOST STORIES as I do, some of us READ ROMANTIC AND NOVELS WITH SUSPENSE .

So, let's get started with THE TOP GOOD THINGS ,GOOD READERS DO WHILE READING.

* GOOD READERS DON'T JUST READ, THEY PREVIEW THE TEXT THEY READ.

Most of us just read and let it go, we need to keep our mind to what we are reading to become a good READER.

*THEY SET A PURPOSE BEFORE STARTING TO READ.

GOOD READERS don't just read for the sake of reading.

Good readers are usually curious to know what happens next.

*THEY ACTIVATE THEIR BACKGROUND KNOWLEDGE BY READING A LOT.

Even if we don't realize it, but by reading a lot, we gain a lot (behind the scene) ; which we realize later. Our subconscious mind absorbs all we read .

*READERS THINK A LOT ABOUT CAUSE AND EFFECT.

They come across so much happenings in their mind by reading that comes natural to them to analyze the cause and effect thing.

*THEY KEEP PREDICTING WHILE READING

like most of us do when reading an interesting SUSPENSE novel.

*WHEN THE ENCOUNTER ANY ALIEN WORD , THEY TRY RO FIGURE IT OUT, SEARCH FOR IT'S MEANING AND THIS HABIT ADDS MORE EXPANSION TO THEIR ALREADY EXPANDED BASE OF VOCABULARY KNOWLEDGE.

*WHILE READING, READERS keep checking if it's making sense to them or not. Sometimes they try to make some sense out of what they are reading .
Our brain is a kind of muscle. Just like our biceps and triceps grow when  used more, our brain also grows, becomes stronger and more efficient at the same time.

*READERS visualize a lot, make pictures in their mind, so that it can make sense to them.

*READERS keep asking questions and answering to themselves.

*Reading bring READERS good fluency.

*READERS connect what they read to their personal experiences.

*READERS better understand the purpose of the Author .

Good readers can be on their own.
Good readers don't just read; they connect to and think ,feel, and experience what they read in the world of their own.

So, now you all can be clear , if you are a GOOD READER or not. Try to be A GOOD READER by trying to follow what they do.
